What You Will Be Doing As the CSSO you will perform program security duties supporting multiple special access programs as well as collateral efforts. Basic Qualifications -This position requires applicants to have a Final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years. -Prior experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO), or Special Access Program (SAP) Security experience. -Experience with SAP facility build and accreditation process -Experience writing policy & procedures such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Operation Security (OPSEC) Plans & Construction Security Plans (CSP) -Experience with ICD 705 and DoD Manual 5205.07 -Knowledge of DISS, security clearances and eligibility -The position requires shift flexibility based on business needs Desired skills -Self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. -Experience with and knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) -Facility accreditation experience -Experience with JADE -The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners. -Advanced computer skills, public speaking, presentation, and communication skills. -The ability to thrive in a team environment, but also work independently when required. Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,400 - $150,650. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
