As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors within the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence throughout the healthcare facility.
Conduct regular and random patrols inside the healthcare facility and around its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unusual circumstances, to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain an orderly environment within the healthcare setting.
Provide support during emergency situations, following established protocols and communicating with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as needed.
Complete detailed and accurate reports related to daily activities, incidents, and/or observations while on patrol.
