About The Position

As a Security Professional - Driver/Patrol Armed in Wesley Chapel, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an armed and driving position, requiring you to respond promptly and professionally to situations as they arise. Requirements

An armed guard card or license is required.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activities.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activities.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
Collaborate with property management and/or building staff to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment for tenants and visitors.
Remain alert and aware of surroundings during all patrols and while performing assigned duties within the commercial real estate location.
