As a Security Professional - Access Control Concierge in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the property. Your presence and professionalism will provide peace of mind for those onsite, while your commitment to exceptional customer service and communication reflects Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Requirements

CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with access-related inquiries and procedures.
Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
Document and report any unusual activity or access-related concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with property management and other staff to help to deter unauthorized access or security-related breaches.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and support a secure environment.
Participate in emergency response activities as directed by site-specific policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
