About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of our guests, employees, and property. This role is responsible for monitoring hotel premises, responding to incidents, and enforcing hotel policies while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous customer service experience (1+ year preferred)
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations
Basic report writing and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of hotel property to ensure a safe and secure environment
Identify, report, and document unsafe conditions or suspicious activity
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and guest requests for assistance
Prepare accurate and detailed incident and accident reports in accordance with company standards
Operate radio and communication equipment effectively and maintain clear records
Enforce hotel policies and procedures consistently and professionally
Monitor and control access, including issuing and tracking keys with proper identification
Serve as a first responder in emergency situations
Maintain current knowledge of emergency, fire safety, and life safety procedures
Provide First Aid/CPR assistance when necessary (certification required or willingness to obtain)
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Collaborate with team members and follow all company policies and guidelines
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
