About The Position

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant (Part-Time) Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and property. This role involves monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents as necessary.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a security officer or in a similar role.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical fitness is required for patrolling and responding to incidents.
Janitorial: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Charlotte, NC 28217 (Required)

Responsibilities

Surveillance: Monitor and patrol the premises regularly to establish safety and maintain order.
Access Control: Greet our patients as they enter the facility and sign in upon arrival, monitor to ensure they check in at the front desk, and ensure that masks are worn at all times.
Incident Response: Investigate and respond to incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities according to CW Williams policy.
Reporting: Record any suspicious activities and report them to the supervisor or relevant authorities.
Emergency Procedures: Act swiftly to emergencies, including medical incidents or fire alarms, adhere to CW Williams Emergency Protocols.
Collaboration: Work with Facility Supervisor to ensure effective coverage and protection of the property.
Presentation: Exhibit a friendly demeanor to interact with the public, providing customer with friendly service to staff and visitors when needed.
