Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a professional location where you will greet visitors, monitor access activity, support badge and alarm processes, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible, customer-focused presence. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor access at the front desk by greeting guests, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and reporting unusual activity or security-related concerns.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with building contacts, emergency personnel, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
