As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the well-being of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site contacts.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment for tenants, employees, and visitors in a commercial real estate setting.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations as required by site protocols.
