A Security Officer may perform a variety of duties as outlined in Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Officers are expected to become knowledgeable of assigned Post Orders and act efficiently and professionally in accordance with all directives.

Requirements

2 years of customer service experience
1+ year of security experience
Excellent writing, oral, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
High attention to detail with strong integrity
Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions
Dependable transportation
Professional grooming standards
Strong teamwork skills
Flexible availability
High School diploma or equivalent
AZ Guard License
