Mortgage Loan Officer – Inbound Leads | Base + Commission Phoenix, AZ area | In-Office | Hybrid Eligible After 90 Days 50+ Bank-Generated Leads Per Month | No Self-Sourcing Required About Our Mortgage Team: This role offers guaranteed base pay + 20–40 bps per loan, full benefits, uncapped earnings with uncapped earning potential. Farm Bureau Mortgage is expanding its national in-house sales team and seeking high-volume, sales-driven Mortgage Loan Officers who thrive on converting warm, inbound opportunities . We are a rapidly growing national mortgage division operating in all 50 states. Our platform allows you to convert more leads by offering broker, non-delegated correspondent, and correspondent lending with multiple investors — including HELOCs, second liens, and agricultural/land financing. This is a true sales role with security — all leads are provided, no cold prospecting, no buying leads, and no uncertainty about where your next deal comes from. What you’ll get to do: Convert 100% inbound, warm mortgage leads generated by Farm Bureau Bank Educate borrowers and structure loan solutions that meet their goals Manage the loan process from application through closing Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closers to drive clean, efficient fundings Maintain compliance while delivering a high-touch borrower experience Education and Experience: 3+ years of recent, high-volume mortgage origination experience Proven ability to convert inbound opportunities into funded loans Active NMLS license required Strong product knowledge across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, HELOCs, and seconds Why Us? Requirements
