As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government airport location, you will drive and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support visitors and staff with professional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and/or travelers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government airport location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing clear directions, requesting assistance, and documenting actions taken.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Control access to restricted areas by checking identification and/or credentials, monitoring gates and doors, and reporting irregularities to appropriate personnel.
- Complete detailed reports and logs, monitor alarms and camera systems when assigned, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
