About The Position
Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Full Time Security Officer for a Real Estate Company in Boston MA Thursday, Friday 7 AM - 7 PM and Saturday, Sunday 11 PM - 7 AM Starting Pay is $21.20 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / DailyPay Available Candidate is Required to Have 1+ Years of Previous Security Experience and Must be 21+ Years Old As a Security Officer in Boston, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your visible presence will support a welcoming environment, and your communication skills will assist tenants and visitors alike. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
- Candidate is Required to Have 1+ Years of Previous Security Experience and Must be 21+ Years Old
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies when required.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions that may impact the security-related operations of the location.
- Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and building staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and contractors.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site procedures.
- Assist with access control procedures, including verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
