This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious or unusual behavior and/or maintenance concerns per post orders.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, disturbances, and/or property damage, and communicate updates to appropriate personnel.
Complete routine security-related reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs, and coordinate with property management and/or local public services as required.
