About The Position

R+L Carriers is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for their Dayton, OH Service Center. The role involves providing protection for the terminal’s security interests and property from theft, fires, sabotage, vandalism, illegal entry, and other acts that may adversely impact the company. Candidates must successfully complete the selection process to ensure they are professional, dependable, and reliable. Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have the ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends if needed.
• Must be able to physically stand, walk or patrol the assigned facility for the majority of your shift.
• Applicants must have a verifiable ten year work history.
• Must submit to a criminal history check.
• Must pass a drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous military, police, or security guard experience is preferred but not required.

• Other duties as assigned by management staff.
