As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access control, and provide outstanding customer service while engaging with visitors and staff. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Being at least 21 years of age is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.
Monitor for unusual activity or potential security-related concerns and promptly report observations to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials and granting entry as required by site protocols.
Support the overall security-related operations of the location by following instructions from Allied Universal management and collaborating with on-site teams.
