As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol indoor and outdoor areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and drivers, and respond to concerns with professionalism and care. Requirements
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution facility.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter fencing as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Monitor access points and shipping and receiving traffic, check identification and/or credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and driver activity per site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when needed and completing required reports.
- Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, and property damage, and communicate concerns to Allied Universal supervision and location management.
