As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct regular patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment by delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents as per Allied Universal protocols.
Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points in the healthcare location.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to address any security-related concerns or situations as they arise.
