As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your presence and attention to detail will support daily operations, while your strong communication and customer service skills will create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Assist with screening individuals entering the logistics and distribution location, following site-specific policies and procedures.
Provide customer service by professionally interacting with visitors, employees, and/or delivery personnel.
Carry out security-related procedures as instructed by Allied Universal and site management.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Support emergency response activities as required by site protocol.
Conduct regular and/or random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Document observations, incidents, and/or suspicious activity according to established protocols.
