As a Security Officer Welcome Desk in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring front desk activity, and supporting security-related protocols for a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Greet employees, visitors, and contractors, assist with access procedures, and help confirm that guest check-in and badging processes align with site guidelines.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Answer phones, manage visitor logs, receive and relay routine information, and support front desk operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Monitor entry points through cameras, intercoms, and/or other front desk systems, report unusual activity, and document incidents according to site procedures.
