Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact while supporting daily security-related operations. You will help to monitor lobby activity, verify access, manage visitor check-in, respond to alarms and/or requests for assistance, and communicate clearly with tenants and property teams. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Having alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Having customer service experience is preferred.
- Having access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, issue visitor badges or credentials per site policy, and/or manage lobby traffic to support an orderly environment.
- Monitor access control points and building systems such as cameras, intercoms, and alarms, and report irregular activity or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and escalating to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management as required.
- Complete required reports such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and visitor or contractor records, and communicate key information during shift transitions.
