Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive location, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols with high visibility to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will check property conditions, support access control, and assist staff and visitors with standout customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response guidelines when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, lots, service bays, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Monitor access points, gates, and traffic flow for vehicle deliveries, customer arrivals, and employee entry, directing individuals to the appropriate location as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services when required.
• Complete security-related reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to supervisors during shift turnover.
