As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Communicate with site staff and management to relay security-related information and respond to requests as needed.
Complete detailed and accurate written reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
