About The Position

As a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol in White Haven, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and deliver customer-focused support to employees and visitors. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter fencing, with working conditions that may vary by location.
• Control access by monitoring gates and/or entry points, verifying identification, managing visitor and contractor sign-in processes, and directing traffic flow for trucks and deliveries as assigned.
• Complete timely security-related reports and logs, including patrol activity, incident documentation, and observations of unusual conditions or policy concerns.
