As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a utilities location, you will conduct routine patrols and help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will remain visible throughout your assigned area, assist individuals as needed, and communicate clearly to support a secure environment. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the utilities location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
Follow all site-specific instructions and protocols related to the utilities environment.
