This primarily driving post offers the opportunity to remain visible throughout the location, provide outstanding customer service, and support access control needs. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
This position is primarily a driving post, which is preferred.
This position has limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or a rustic guard shack, which is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or potential concerns within the residential community.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors, and property management as needed.
Document security-related incidents, activities, and observations according to Allied Universal protocols.
