As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a food and beverage production environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure atmosphere for employees and visitors. Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to situations as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the food and beverage environment.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuation procedures and/or coordinating with first responders when necessary.
Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors, providing assistance and information as needed within the location.
