As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will manage access control, monitor badge credentials, and respond promptly to alarms or emergencies. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including monitoring access and verifying identification.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following appropriate emergency response activities as needed.
Assist with visitor management, including logging guests and issuing visitor badges in accordance with site protocols.
Monitor and observe activity at the front desk area to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as required.
Document and report security-related incidents and/or unusual occurrences according to site and Allied Universal procedures.
