Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and customer support expectations at a technology-focused location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting security-related activities according to site guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, campus, and/or perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry points, visitor traffic, and/or restricted areas while communicating clearly with site contacts regarding security-related concerns and policy questions.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, including providing directions, relaying information, and assisting with orderly site procedures during urgent situations.
