Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a highly visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication. You will complete patrol tours, document observations, and respond to concerns with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity in a culture that puts people first. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or public emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns.
• Monitor access points and property activity, verify authorized entry when required, and direct visitors to appropriate destinations while maintaining a professional presence.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, document incidents and observations accurately, and communicate status updates to supervisors, site representatives, and/or incoming officers.
