As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a visible presence throughout the site. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious behavior.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site requirements.
Support Allied Universal leadership and site management in maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed during incidents or emergencies.
