As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol transportation locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols and a visible presence. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first while contributing to a secure environment for all.

Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the transportation facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas of the location to help to deter unauthorized access.
Observe and report any irregularities, unusual circumstances, or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site personnel as required.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and direction as needed.
Support access control procedures and verify identification as required by site-specific policies.
