As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a cutting-edge technology location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for assistance, document observations, and communicate clearly with site staff and your team while delivering customer-focused service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license and meeting AU Driver Policy requirements, in a culture built on integrity, teamwork, agility, and care. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification and/or authorization, directing visitors, and documenting arrivals and departures per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Complete timely patrol logs, incident reports, and other documentation, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
