Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff. Your role involves monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service. By remaining visible and attentive, you will help to deter security-related incidents while embodying our values of integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and guests at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including communicating with appropriate personnel and agencies.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all activities, incidents, and visitor interactions at the front desk.
• Support a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the location while helping to deter unauthorized activity through attentive presence.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and visitors, providing information and assistance as required.
