As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology-focused location, you will be the welcoming face for guests and employees, providing exceptional customer service and supporting security-related protocols. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining a visible presence while managing access and responding to inquiries. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual activities observed at the front desk.
  • Assist with visitor management, including registering guests and issuing visitor badges in accordance with site protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with staff and visitors, providing information and directions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities at the location.
