Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a technology-focused location.
Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the building.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and/or incident reports as required by site procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including contacting emergency services and communicating with site management.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.
Support the implementation of site-specific security-related policies and procedures as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
