As a Front Desk Security Professional at an education location, you will be the first point of contact, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. Your role involves monitoring entry points, assisting with inquiries, and responding to security-related situations with professionalism. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk within an educational location.
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials of individuals entering and/or exiting, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain accurate records and logs of visitors, incidents, and other security-related activities as required.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including communication with local authorities and Allied Universal management.
Communicate professionally and courteously with all individuals at the location, providing information and direction as needed.
Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter disruptive behavior through visible presence and adherence to procedures.
