As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution location, you will welcome employees and visitors, support access control and badging, and monitor the lobby area for security-related concerns. You will use a computer and/or tablet to log activity, communicate clearly with teams, and provide a polished customer service experience. Requirements
- Have at least 2 or more years of security-related experience.
- Be 21 or more years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Control access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointment information, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to the appropriate area.
- Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems such as alarms, cameras, and/or access control, and report unusual activity per post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
- Complete shift activity logs and incident reports, communicate key information during shift transitions, and support the location with administrative front desk tasks as assigned.
