Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while putting people first throughout every interaction.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations prior to employment
- Possess a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to control access, verify credentials when required, and support lobby, office, and/or restricted area protocols.
- Support daily operations by completing reports, communicating clearly with staff and visitors, and following post orders, emergency procedures, and Allied Universal standards for the location.
