Requirements

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery traffic while following post instructions and documenting security-related concerns.
• Communicate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and/or first responders as needed regarding incidents, alarms, and other security-related matters.
