About The Position

As a Security Officer - Roving Patrol in Casa Grande, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. You will communicate clearly with site teams and visitors, delivering customer service with professionalism. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions, and report concerns through the proper channels.
  • Control access at gates, dock areas, and other designated entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization, and directing traffic flow according to site requirements.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or local responders as directed.
  • Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol activity, incident reports, and irregularity logs, and communicate key updates during shift turnover.
