As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced food and beverage production and distribution location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access points and employee traffic as needed. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and respond to service calls with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity in a caring, people-first culture. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.20 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Requirements

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, and directing deliveries to designated receiving locations.
• Document patrol activity, unusual conditions, and incidents in logs and reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
