You will remain visible throughout your shift, assist guests, and support a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors at the retail or mall location by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Report and document any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
Assist with access control and/or crowd management as needed during peak hours or special events at the location.
Support emergency response activities as directed by site management or Allied Universal leadership.
