Job Description As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol Driver in Goldsboro, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the retail location, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the premises, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs within the retail environment.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or tenants with directions or information as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when required by site protocols.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift as required by Allied Universal guidelines.
