As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a retail location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves providing outstanding customer service and strong communication while monitoring the premises. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the retail location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other security-related concerns.
Support emergency response activities as required, assisting with evacuations or other procedures as directed.
Maintain accurate and timely reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities while on patrol.
Communicate professionally with retail staff, visitors, and/or law enforcement as needed.
