Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or vendors as they enter or exit the location, providing a professional and courteous presence at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related concerns or incidents at the location.
• Follow all security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including those related to emergency response activities.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting with directions or information as needed.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to the appropriate authorities or management personnel.
