Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies relevant to a healthcare environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel as needed.
Support emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and client site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, guests, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.
