As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a fast-paced tech and digital services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and respond to concerns with a customer-service mindset. Requirements

• Have at least 1+ years of Security Experience.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following site-specific policies, post orders, and security-related procedures, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, and exterior perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in and/or badging processes, and directing arrivals to the appropriate contacts or locations.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other site systems as assigned, and communicate observations and/or concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document events in written reports, and support law enforcement and/or emergency services when requested.
