As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining a visible presence throughout the community. This unarmed, driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while working in a caring, team-oriented environment that values agility, reliability, and integrity.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the residential location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or address concerns as they arise.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities to the appropriate parties.
Work closely with property management and/or residents to address security-related needs and inquiries.
