As a Front Desk Security Officer in a residential location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting residents and guests while providing excellent customer service. You will monitor entry points, manage visitor access, and assist with security-related inquiries to help create a welcoming environment. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk.
- Monitor access to the residential location, verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.
- Provide customer service by addressing resident and visitor inquiries and assisting with directions and information as needed.
- Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client site.
- Assist with emergency response activities from the front desk, following established protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
