Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities within a residential location. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, responding to incidents, and supporting access control efforts. By remaining visible and proactive, you help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication, all within a culture that values teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate dispatch systems to monitor and coordinate security-related activities within the residential location.
Receive and respond to calls for assistance, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Communicate with on-site security personnel and direct resources as needed to address incidents or requests for service.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and communications according to site-specific policies.
Assist visitors, residents, and vendors by providing customer service and information as needed.
Support Allied Universal team members by relaying critical information and facilitating prompt responses to situations as they arise.
